Toni Onley (1928-2004), one of Canada’s most celebrated landscape artists, and Claude Péloquin, a Quebec writer, teamed up between 1976 and 1989. Onley painted watercolours and Péloquin wrote poetry. Together they produced a series of collaborative works depicting British Columbia and the Arctic.
